As a person and trainer he is accessible. He is interested in you and with it customizes the workout based on many factors. But, more importantly, over time the process grows in step with your development.

I have not met many people as considerate as he is. The time spent with him is pleasurable and yet focused. He values your time, what your goals are and with it prepared at each session to inspire you to meet those goals and beyond.

“I’ve been I’ve been working with Graham twice a week for about since 2022, remotely via Google Meet. I have a limited array of weights and bands at home, but Graham is able to give me a full-body workout every time. Graham is cheerful, curious, engaged, and flexible.

He asks me questions, takes time to answer my questions, adapts trainings to the areas I want to work on, and respects areas that need a rest. He’s always prepared for our trainings. He never zones out or gets on his phone while in session.

I’m an older person who has arthritis and two hip replacements. The best thing I can say about Graham is that I was so toned, flexible, and knowledgeable about my body going into each of my hip replacement surgeries, I was back to daily activities in three weeks instead of the usual two months.”
